Why the role?
To meet the needs of our growing coverage and financial lines practices, a fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Sydney office for a 3+ PAE practitioner with coverage and financial lines experience to support the work of our dynamic Sydney team. Working alongside our Sydney Principals, you will be exposed to a variety of insurance matters with a focus on financial lines, including complex coverage, directors’ and officers’ liability, and professional indemnity insurance.
Who are you?
- Around 3+ years post admission with experience in coverage and financial lines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are adaptable to the audience.
- Self-motivated and able to work at pace.
- Ability to manage client expectations.
- Previous exposure to business development with a natural ability to cultivate quality relationships with our industry leading clients
- A team player who can collaborate on work and has or would like to develop the skills to coach, mentor and develop junior staff and gains satisfaction from seeing them succeed.
