We have a great opportunity for a Junior Legal Secretary to support our Perth Office. We are looking for an organised and motivated individual who is eager to provide exceptional administrative support. This is an entry-level position, and no prior legal secretarial experience is required. The successful candidate will be employed on a full-time basis, joining our support team. We have high expectations of our work but also an understanding of work life balance.

Job Description
What does a standard week look like?
Answering and directing calls in a professional manner
Word processing
Opening and Closing files
Splitting and re-naming electronic documents
Filing (physical and electronic)
Creating of draft bills
Collecting, processing and distributing mail
Entering disbursements and sundry accounts
Preparing boardroom, welcoming clients and clearing the boardroom for further use
Electronic filing of court documents
Scanning, printing and archiving
Tidying and stocking the office, kitchen and stationery areas
Assisting the rest of the Legal Secretary team with tasks
Assisting with coordinating office functions
Any other administrative tasks as your skills grow
