Why the role?
To meet the needs of our growing Corporate, Regulatory and Insurtech practice, a fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Sydney office for a 4+ PAE practitioner with corporate, commercial and financial services regulatory experience to support the work of our dynamic Sydney team.
Working alongside our Sydney Principals, Yvonne Lam and Malcolm Wood you will be exposed to a variety of advisory and transactional matters with a focus on corporate, commercial and regulatory advice for a range of clients in the insurance and insurtech sectors, and across other industries.
Desired Skills and Experience
Who are you?
Around 4+ years post admission with experience in corporate, commercial and financial services regulatory matters.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are adaptable to the audience.
Self-motivated and able to work at pace.
Ability to manage client expectations and run matters autonomously.
Previous exposure to business development with a natural ability to cultivate quality relationships with our industry leading clients
A team player who can collaborate on work and has the skills to coach, mentor and develop junior staff and gains satisfaction from seeing them succeed.
