As a growing firm, we are looking for talented and ambitious professionals to join our team. Currently, we are seeking 5+ years PAESenior Associate to support the work of our Melbourne team. In this role, you’ll be exposed to a variety of high-quality litigation in areas of public liability, dust disease and sensitive claims.
Desired Skills and Experience
Who are you?
Around 5+ years post admission.
Experience in insurance law, including one or other or an interest in developing your skills in public liability (personal injury), dust diseases (silicosis) and /or sensitive claims (institutional abuse)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are adaptable to the audience
Self-motivated and able to work at pace
Ability to manage client expectations and run matters autonomously
Practical and client focused in solving problems
Previous exposure to business development with a natural ability to cultivate quality relationships with our industry leading clients
A team player who can collaborate on work and has the skills to coach, mentor and develop junior staff and gains satisfaction from seeing them succeed.
