Job Description
The role
Currently we are seeking a 5+ PAE Insurance Senior Associate to support the work of Marini Mann in our Melbourne team. In this role you will be exposed to a variety of insurance matters with a focus on sensitive claims.
This role is suited to a Senior Associate seeking to build on their experience as they progress toward more senior positions within the practice. As a growing firm, we are keen to attract talented and driven professionals. Desired Skills and Experience
Who are you?
Around 5+ years' post admission experience in insurance matters
Strong knowledge and experience in litigation and insurance law
Ability to manage client expectations, advise in policy and complex issues with a practical and client focused approach
Ability to manage client expectations and run matters autonomously
A clear and concise communication style
A commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively
Coaching and mentoring of lawyers
Strong interest in taking your career to the next level
A team player who can collaborate on work
