Ready to take the lead on quality workers’ compensation matters, with the support of experienced senior lawyers and a clear pathway for career progression?
Gilchrist Connell is a leading Australian insurance law firm with offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
As our Perth practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Associate (5 – 8 years’ PAE) to join our Workers’ Compensation team, working closely with Ellie McGrory.
There is flexibility in this role, and we welcome both full-time and part-time candidates.
If you are a part-time candidate and would like to increase your work hours over time, we will work with you to do so. Equally, we will support you if you prefer to remain part-time.
At Gilchrist Connell, we have clear, objective pathways for career progression.
There will be an opportunity to move beyond the Senior Associate role, with senior leaders invested in your development. There is an opportunity to broaden your practice, deepen client relationships and build your leadership capability.
You will be joining a collaborative, down-to-earth team where you will have the freedom to take the lead, without losing the support and guidance of experienced senior practitioners.
